SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are to paid by the purchaser based on weight, box size and distance.  Shipping costs are added on the checkout page.  Some items require special handling and a custom shipping quote.  Please contact us by email or phone if this is indicated during checkout or it you have questions in advance of checking out.

RETURN POLICY

Over the course of our many years of operation, given the nature of the products we offer, we have evolved to allow returns only for store credit, not refund, unless a product is defective.  Goods must be returned within two weeks of purchase. If you would like to return to us, products should be re-packed for safe shipment.  The cost of shipping return will be at the shipper's expense.  Once returned goods are received at the store, the packaging will be inspected for safety and returned items,  for original condition.  If  goods are determined to have been received in original condition, a store credit will be issued, that may be used in whole or in part for future purchases.

If a purchased product is believed by the purchaser to be broken in shipment or defective, please take a photo of the received goods if possible, and contact us for further information.  We will let you know what to do with the received items and whether we can replace the ordered items in a timely basis.
